How should my hot tub be cleaned?
While still wet, after or during emptying all the parts which can be reached should be scrubbed with etiher sponge or brush and then rinsed.
Which chemicals are needed to maintain the cleanliness of the water?
To avoid bacteria grown in the timber we recommend that an hour before you empty your hot tub you add the given amount of disinfectant to the water which should break down in the water within 40 minutes.
How deep will my hot tub be when fully filled?
You will initially fill your tub to a depth of roughly 65cm allowing it to remain within the maximum depth (80cm) when water is displaced when fully occupied.
Is there any risk of being burnt by the heater?
Your internal wood burner will be surrounded by a fence to help prevent contact with the hot surfaces inclduing chimney and once the fire is lit you should not make any contact with the boiler. Is there a risk of the base of my hot tub becoming slippery?
If you follow the instructions and correctly clean and disinfect your hot tub then it should not become slippery. There is a risk that a slippery coating may be formed by bacteria if you leave dirty water sitting in your hot tub.
What temperature will the water be in my hot tub?
This can be controlled completely by you through changing the amount of air which reaches the fire by adjusting the regulator. You can then use the thermometer to judge when your chosen temperature has been obtained. Is my hot tub fully assembled when it arrives?
We will supply the main barrel completely assembled. The only things you will have to do is to attach the flue and the external heater. This should take no more than half an hour once the hot tub is placed in your desired position.
What is the delivery time of my hot tub?
Your hot tub should be delivered within 28 days of the order.
How much of my order do I pay upfront?
At least 10% deposit is required to start processing your order.
