Which chemicals are needed to maintain the cleanliness of the water?

To avoid bacteria grown in the timber we recommend that an hour before you empty your hot tub you add the given amount of disinfectant to the water which should break down in the water within 40 minutes.

How deep will my hot tub be when fully filled?

You will initially fill your tub to a depth of roughly 65cm allowing it to remain within the maximum depth (80cm) when water is displaced when fully occupied.

Is there a risk of the base of my hot tub becoming slippery?

If you follow the instructions and correctly clean and disinfect your hot tub then it should not become slippery. There is a risk that a slippery coating may be formed by bacteria if you leave dirty water sitting in your hot tub.

Is my hot tub fully assembled when it arrives?

We will supply the main barrel completely assembled. The only things you will have to do is to attach the flue and the external heater. This should take no more than half an hour once the hot tub is placed in your desired position.
